The key bits of galley framing and the worktop edges and underside were dry by this morning (doing epoxy work outside at the end of December is definitely a bit extreme). So we have got to the point of dry fitted worktop and sinks. Sadly it is very obvious that

The first epoxy coating on the worktop had cured enough for the next step. So we have now used the grey coloured food safe epoxy to coat the edges of the sink cutouts. Once that has dried (and any drips sanded off) we can fit the undermount sinks. Then we

Good progress today. Aft heads compartment is now ready to be painted. Last bits of old cupboards that were fibreglassed to the hull have been cut off. Whole compartment has been sanded. Got to a rough dry fit of the galley worktop with position of sinks and hob checked. Slight

Jane has been busy sanding the aft heads compartment. I've setup my outdoor woodworking shop. Both down and up to minimise ladder climbing. So I'm making progress on the framing for the galley worktop. At this point the boat and bulkheads are all remarkably square which

A few more things that it felt good to achieve yesterday. No picture but together we were able to properly fit and tighten the new bolts holding the steering gearbox to the bulkhead. Play in the steering, unsurprisingly massively reduced now that gearbox isn't flopping around. Also progress
