Road trip for a bargain

A long road trip for our 8 year old Nissan Leaf today. Started before 4am.

But worth it for a nearly finished Hebridean Wind Vane self steering kit. Works out at nearly half price by the time the extras are included.

And by long i mean a total of about 470 miles. Manchester to Ardrossan. On my 8th charge at the moment but the last 3 charges have all needed long waits for the batteries to cool down before I can charge them. Will be about an 18 hour day which includes 30 minutes to actually buy the wind vane. 🤣
