Our next video is now public and live 😄

Meanwhile, the weather hasn't been quite as bad as expected.

ADHD

Dave has been researching and trying a few ADHD things. Trying to get an official assessment. Made progress with our GP using the NHS "Right to Move" to get tested outside Manchester, where there is a 5 to 7 year wait. Got that approved, but it appears there is a 12-month wait for funding to go elsewhere.

I've been trying various "hacks", two days into trying a walk as soon as I get up. It is supposed to give your dopamine a boost that lasts for hours (although the people who suggest this also live where there is beautiful sunshine every morning, that might do more than the walk). First day was a bad one, not sure if the walk can be blamed. Tuesday was better. Wednesday likely to be wet, so I will see how enthusiastic I am.

Boat Progress

Jane has finished the sofa back. Working well so far. Also, she has made a net to hold our vegetables, hopefully increasing their storage life. While the forward heads is being used just for storage, we will put it there. The material etc for the wheelhouse sides and extension, arrives tomorrow so that is the next sewing project.

On Monday, we did manage to get the Electric Motor out of the motor compartment and stored in the Nook++ (it fits under the galley extension). Tuesday, Dave managed to do the upgrades to our 240V AC power (moving the Galvanic Isolator and the Inverter, adding an RCD to power coming in, moving the Consumer unit to its new home, changing all the wiring to use crimped on ferrules). These are required before we can connect the batteries and solar.
