Happy Christmas

Now that we are fully into the "official" Christmas Season and have caught up with some sleep we feel better able to wish you all a Happy Christmas!

It's been a milestone Christmas for us. I turned 60 just before Christmas and we had a great family gathering in London to celebrate as well as a surprise party by the Churches I serve.

This was my last Christmas as the Methodist Minister for Wythenshawe and it followed a pattern of being busier than ever culminating with Christmas Lunch for over 70 people (we had 11 slow cookers on overnight with 8 Turkey Crowns, 3 gammon joints and a vegetarian option).

We will be spending the new year relaxing on the boat without much in the way of refit progress planned.
