Building the most important galley shelf - for coffee

Adding an extremely critical shelf to the galley, should be just the right size for a weeks supply of coffee beans plus grinder, aeropress, filter papers, scale, measuring cup and water spray.

Note the it's just resting in place at the moment which is why it's not level. 🤣

Update: shelf is properly dry fitted and I've done the "door" openings. The dehumidifier "extractor" is sorted too. Now I just need retainers and latches for the doors.

Then partially dismantle, sand paint, glue and reassemble.
