Going to be slow today partly because I'm on my own (Jane is struggling with a bad cold) and the weather isn't going to be great. Quite a lot of rain forecast and I really wanted to use the table saw to build the battery box.

As a quick fix for warmth and to protect the original floor I've fitted the foam tiles available for car boots. Just had enough for the aft cabin and corridor. Meanwhile, Jane has been painting the forward heads with white bilge paint above the waterline, and grey below.

Just arrived before midnight to strong winds and some rain. Delighted to find NO LEAKS. Great to see that some of the filler and timber that was previously very black above the chart table has now changed colour dramatically as it has been drying out. Anyway, time for bed 😊
